James D. Gonzales, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a highly respected otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon with a long-standing reputation for exceptional patient care throughout Texas. With decades of experience and dual board certification, he brings advanced expertise in both medical and surgical ENT care, as well as specialized training in facial plastic and reconstructive procedures.

Dr. Gonzales completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, followed by an internship and an otolaryngology residency at the University of California, Irvine. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston—further refining his skills in aesthetic and reconstructive techniques.

Board certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Gonzales offers a rare level of dual expertise that allows him to address functional and cosmetic concerns with precision and artistry. His clinical focus includes rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelift and neck lift procedures, as well as non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox® and dermal fillers, which he has been performing for more than 20 years.
