COVID-19 Safety Protocol
We are available for limited in-office visits and virtual visits. Same day & next day visits are available. If you have a fever over 100.4 F, & a new cough or shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms, please do not come to your appointment. Please call our office.
For COVID-19 info, visit www.tarrantcounty.com or www.CDC.gov. The Texas Coronavirus Hotline is 682-236-7601 & the Tarrant County Coronavirus Hotline is 817-248-6299. We do not charge for late cancellations or reschedules.
For in-office visits, we do require all patients to wear a facemask. You must provide your own facemask. We are limiting the number of people in the office therefore, we will only allow the patient in the office (unless a minor or patient requiring assistance.) We will also screen you for fever and conduct a survey of COVID-19 questions upon arrival.
In order to keep you safe, we are disinfecting the offices multiple times a day, all exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each patient, and we are spreading appointments throughout the day to avoid overcrowding in the waiting room. We are also requiring staff to wear PPE to protect them and you during this time, and conducting temperature screenings of our staff daily.
Our offices are following the Texas Medical Board COVID-19 Minimum Standards of Safe Practice guidelines as well as the Texas Department of State Health Services protocols according to Governor Abbott’s executive order GA-18:
We are updating procedures and requirements as information is released, so procedures and policies are subject to change.
