Charles H. Railsback, M.D., F.A.C.S., P.A.
Charles H. Railsback, M.D. graduated from the University of Texas at Galveston. He completed an internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas followed by the completion of a residency program in otolaryngology at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Railsback is board certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He has been in practice since 1976.
