Our Bedford Office is located in the Harris Center HEB at 1615 Hospital Parkway in suite 210. Our Allergy office is in Suite 201. Our audiologist Sharon Rapp, MS, CCC-A is also located in Suite 201.

Baylor Grapevine Professional Office Building
Our Grapevine Office is located in the Professional Building on the Baylor Regional Medical Center Campus. The address is 1600 West College, Suite 270.
Directions:
Heading North on 121 exit William D. Tate, left on 114 access road stay on 114 access road which dead ends into the Baylor Regional Medical Campus, our building is attached to the hospital.
Heading East on 114 exit 26 south turn right onto 26 at first light turn left into Baylor Regional parking lot.

Southlake Shady Oaks Center
Our Southlake Office is located in the Southlake Shady Oaks Center, southeast of the intersection of Shady Oaks Drive and West Southlake Boulevard . The address is 515 W. Southlake Blvd in Suite 100.
Directions:
Heading West on Southlake Blvd turn left at Shady Oaks into the parking lot.
Suite 100 is in the building located in the back of the complex.
Heading East on Southlake Blvd turn right at Shady Oaks into the parking lot.
Suite 100 is in the building located in the back of the complex.
